How to order from Bravo StoreInfo about ordering, shipping, deposits

Browse through our site, follow the Online Store links and choose the products you want to order, adding them to your shopping cart. We have included a lot of information about our products on this website so take your time. We have made our tents easy to order with lots of options available to choose from. Start with the size of tent then choose your options. As you choose the options, the price shown will update to include them. Once you have chosen all your options, click on Add To Cart button.
When you are done shopping, click on the View Cart button (in top menu or in sidebar) to review your order and then click on the CHECKOUT button to be taken to the final step in the process. After filling in your contact details you will be shown the estimated total (does not include shipping yet or applicable taxes if you are a Washington State resident) and then you can click to send us the order by email.
After receiving your order we will contact you for extra details about your order, to confirm preferred shipping to your destination and answer any questions about your order. Please be sure to include your contact information when you order. Once we have confirmed and finalized your order we will need a minimum deposit of $400 for us to start making your tent.

You can send us a CUSTOM ORDER with your exact specifications and we will work up a quote for you. Click here to send a CUSTOM ORDER. Your order will be considered as placed when a signed work order is returned to us, with a deposit. All custom work sales are final due to the nature of the product.
All CUSTOM tent orders require a minimum $400 deposit. The total amount of sale will be due 15 days from your equipment’s completion date. Order’s not picked up within 30 days are subject to a finance charge and or storage fee. Afer 90 days the order will be considered as unclaimed and the deposit will be forfeited.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to freight and handling charges if shipped which are payable by the customer. Prices on this site do not include shipping or applicable taxes.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Tent and Frame Repair
Bravo! rebuilds and repairs windows, stove jacks, door zippers, etc on all brands of tents. Missing a frame piece? We can build you a new one. Custom angles, guaranteed to fit. Need a leg, rafter? Call Bravo! and we will fix you up.
Our Quality Guarantee
We at BRAVO! MFG Inc. go to great lengths to ensure your tent is free from flaws. We buy only first quality canvas finished in the USA and all panels and seams are continually inspected during the manufacturing process. Bravo! offers a “common sense” guarantee. If a flaw is found in the tent due to a mistake in workmanship, we will be glad to repair it or replace it at our discretion. We are not responsible for maintenance of the tent or for repairs caused by accidents, or wear and tear.
